7 Quotes to Inspire Self Love and Community Connection

Every 7 posts or so on Instagram, we like to bring it all together and weave a web of connection for our community to review and remember. We love sharing with you and love hearing how Thrive is making a difference in your life – personal, relational, familial, vocational, communal, global and beyond.

“In every community, there is work to be done. In every nation, there are wounds to heal. In every heart, there is the power to do it”(Marianne Williamson).

And in every Soul is the capacity to connect with Source – an infinite wellspring of energy – to heal, energize and create. Can you feel it? In you is the energy to connect with love and compassion, and shift not only the trajectory of your life, but of all life.

For everything is changing all the time and this experience in the very moment is worth everything. So, make it count:

“Today is the day to have a great day. The world is waiting. The universe is changing. Experience the experience you are having. Live the life you are living. Comprehend all of the sensations that are taking place. Today is the day to become who you want to become” (Guru Singh).

Who do you want to become? Feel all of the sensations of this experience here and now – all that is wanting to be expressed and felt through you. The world thrives and comes alive in you, by you, through you. And no one can do it for you:

“No one can build you the bridge on which you, and only you, must cross the river of life” (Nietzsche).

Cross the river, then. Take the first steps and continue; for it’s not just about saying yes once, but saying yes time and time again. If you feel stuck on one side of the river or intimidated by the crossing, it may be time to set up a Thrive session to clear the blocks and energize your whole self at all levels and layers. And guess what?!

“There is an infinite field of energy that exists beyond our present concept of space and time, which unites all of us” (Joe Dispenza).

This is quantum physics – this is closer to reality than Newtonian physics with its laws of cause and effect. We are united, what we say, think and do affects all in some way, and you never know how far reaching the effect may be. And so may we each and all align with and evolve towards the highest and greatest good. And may it be ever expanding!⁣

And as yogi Krishnamurti said: “As you are, the world also is.”

So how would you love this world to be? How would you love yourself to be? Motivated by fear or love?

John Lennon explains: “There are two basic motivating forces: fear and love. When we are afraid, we pull back from life. When we are in love, we open to all that life has to offer with passion, excitement, and acceptance. We need to learn to love ourselves first, in all our glory and our imperfections. If we cannot love ourselves, we cannot fully open to our ability to love others or our potential to create. Evolution and all hopes for a better world rest in the fearlessness and open-hearted vision of people who embrace life.”

Love yourself. Fully. When you love yourself no holds barred, you love the world into a higher place of the heart – one of passion and compassion, excitement and engagement, acceptance and openness.

Then, there is a chance for true togetherness – true community – where life is rich and enriching. For truly, “Life is richer when we find a partner or friends with whom we can feel free to be ourselves and be connected” (John Amodeo, PhD).

This life of connection and freedom is a thriving life. It’s really all about connection – to yourself, to another, to this world, to the All – with love and thriving.

Love to all of you, from us at Live Your Thrive®.
